Summertime can be delightful in hundreds of ways, except that the bugs enjoy the nice weather just as much as we do.
If you’d like a more humorous–and less itchy–way to learn about the beasties of summer, come to the Oak Brook Library at 7 p.m. Thursday, for naturalist Jim Walser’s presentation, “It’s Going to Sting Me!”
“He has a gift for telling great stories, and he’s very versed in his subject,” said youth services manager Sue Madorin. “We think just about anyone will enjoy this program.”
