Don (Everett) Rumph, died Saturday, July 3, 2004 of a sudden heart attack at his son Kenneth’s summer home in Lake Delavan, WI. He was born in West Chicago, IL and graduated from West Chicago H.S. Don was a former Caddie Master at St. Andrews Golf Club, a Retired Army Capt., and the former Owner of Bowl-Mor (Brookfield Bowl) and West Town Bowling Center. Don and wife Barbara lived and raised their family in Brookfield, finally retiring to a condo in Willowbrook during the warm months, and a condo in Bonita Springs, FL during the winter. Beloved father of Ken (Kristen), Doug and friend Julie Busta, Sandra (Glen) Bromagen, David (Deborah) and Jeff (Margie); devoted grandfather of Ashley, Bo, Dan, Tyler, Matt, Megan, Ryan, Hayley, Rachael, Joey, Jack and Kendall Anne. Visitation Sunday 5 to 9 p.m. at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave., Darien. Funeral service at Modell on Monday 11 a.m. Internment following at Clarendon Hills Cemetery, 6900 S. Cass Ave., Darien, IL.
