State Sen. Susan Garrett (D-Lake Forest) will be on hand with representatives from the Lake County Health Department to introduce SwimCast, new equipment to forecast swim bans, at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Park Beach near Lake and Deerpath Roads, Lake Forest. SwimCast will help the Health Department and beach managers prevent swimming on beaches identified with high E. coli levels.
