Starting Tuesday, skateboard legend Tony Hawk will be catching a different kind of air: radio air.
For one hour a week, Hawk will host his own uncensored, commercial-free talk show.
Tony Hawk’s Demolition Radio will broadcast every Tuesday at 5 p.m. CST on Sirius satellite radio, channel Faction // 28, from a custom studio near his practice ramp in California. Listeners can expect a mix of rock, punk and hip-hop, a variety of guests, action sports talk and fan phone calls.
Hawk will be the first in a line of extreme athletes to take over the radio on the Faction channel.
