Unity Parenting and Counseling, a child-welfare agency, is offering parents free identification cards for their children from noon to 3 p.m. Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in its offices, 2760 W. 111th St. on the South Side. Each card will have the child’s photograph and fingerprints. Children must be accompanied by adults. All records of the photograph and the fingerprints are given to the parent.
