Hey guys, it could be a dream come true. Destiny’s Child–led by none other than the bootylicious Beyonce–wants you. And she wants you to dance.
The group is holding auditions to find “25 of the hottest male dancers in the country” for a tour to support their upcoming album. Chicago tryouts will be Aug. 15, time and place to be announced. Check www.destinyschild.com for updates.
No promises that Beyonce, Kelly Rowland or Michelle Williams will be at the Chicago auditions, but choreographer Frank Gatson, winner of five MTV VMAs, will be overseeing them.
“It is my–and Destiny’s Child’s–belief that great dancers are everywhere,” Gatson says on the group’s Web site. “God has given them the gift to dance and given me the gift to see their ability to dance. Dancers have a destiny too.”
Don’t forget your leotard.
