Helen Samuels passed away quietly on August 1, 2004 with Robert P., her husband of 68 years at her side. She was born in Chicago, August 14, 1914 the daughter of Sam and Teresa Adkins of Oak Park. She was a former resident of Oak Park, IL, Walnut Creek, California and San Francisco, California. Mother of Robert A. and Marjorie Yost; mother-in-law of Claire Samuels and the late John Yost; grandmother of three and great-grandmother of six. Private services were held. The scattering of ashes to be at sea.
