Michael Christensen, 53, born August 28, 1950 in Des Moines, Iowa. The beloved son of Clifford Q. and Catharine V., nee Cronin Christensen, died suddenly Wednesday, August 4, 2004 in Chicago, IL. Formerly of West Hartford, Michael attended St. Thomas the Apostle School, Northwest Catholic High School and Hall High School, Class of 1968. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1972. For the past 18 years he worked for Saks Fifth Avenue stores in Chicago. Besides his parents, he leaves his two brothers, Mark (Kathleen) of Bolton, CT, and Robert of Thetford Center, VT; his niece, Ashley Christensen; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends who mourn his passing, but celebrate his life.
