Robert W. Wright died Sunday, August 8, 2004 at St. Luke’s Rush Presbyterian Medical Center in Chicago. He was born in Elgin to Robert and Caroline (Chapman) Wright on May 31, 1928. He married Nancy Tucker on October 30, 1954 in Lancaster, PA. Mr. Wright was a partner at the Keck, Mahin, Cate Law Firm in Chicago. He was a graduate of the Massachussets Institute of Technology, the class of 1950. He then went to Harvard Law School graduating in 1954. He was a member of St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Woodstock. He served on the McHenry County Board of Health. He was a Village Trustee and Past President of Kenilworth, IL. He was a past president and member of the Kenilworth Club. He was also a member of the Chicago Club. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Nancy of Harvard; a son, Robert Wright; two daughters, Patricia (Robert) Felker of Wilmette and Katherine (Joseph) Schaul of Buffalo Grove; three grandchildren; Sarah, Emily, and Hannah; and a sister, Jane (Robert) Norris of Arizona and Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Ann Schultz. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church, 503 W. Jackson St., Woodstock at 10 a.m. with Father Kenneth Erickson officiating. Burial will be private at Belvidere Cemetery in Belvidere. The family will also host a gathering on Friday, August 13, 2004 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Patricia and Robert Felker Residence, 1313 Ridge Rd., Wilmette, IL. The phone number is 847-251-5503.
