General Motors, which has already exceeded its recall totals for all of last year, will voluntarily fix 246,433 Saturn Vue SUVs because the rear suspension collapsed in rollover tests. GM will strengthen 2002 to 2004 models after the left rear wheel fell under a vehicle in tests. The SUV didn’t roll over.
