Czyzewicz, 42, formerly of Niles, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004 in a car accident, beloved son of Judith Barys of Chicago and Edward (Nancy) Czyzewicz of Las Vegas; loving brother of Juliann (Edmund) Seebauer of Champaign and Mike (Wendy) Czyzewicz of Oakwood Hills; fond uncle of Stephanie, Nicholas, John Thomas and Cathy; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his former wife, Betsy. Resting at the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry, IL.
