Dolores E. Preissner, nee Berley, age 71, longtime resident of Park Ridge, IL., passed away on August 13, 2004. She was the beloved wife of Alfred; proud and loving mother of sons, Eric (JoAnn) Preissner and Curt (Kathy) Preissner; grandmother of Max and Kate; daughter of Edna and the late Nicholas Berley; cherished sister of the late John (MaryAnn) Berley, the late Susan (Edward) Boduch, the late Nicholas (Tanya) Berley, the late Conrad Berley, Stephen (Diane) Berley, Vera (Gordon) Bruckner and Andrew (Kathy) Berley; sister-in-law to Raymond (Judith) Preissner and Edgar (Waldtraut) Preissner; fond aunt of 17 nieces and nephews and friend of many. Dolores maintained an active life with interests including, traveling, musuems, gardening, chicago architecture and voluteering at Lutheran General Hospital. A memorial serivce will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1605 Vernon Ave., Park Ridge, IL., 60068. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
