David P. Weber, longtime resident of Downers Grove, IL, and Naples, FL, passed away on August 12. Loving husband to Janet for 48 years; caring father of Susan (Frank), Linda, Charlie and Andrew (Mary Eileen). Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and a graduate of the University of Nebraska. Retired CEO of Fort Dearborn Life Insurance. An avid golfer, David was a longtime member of Butler National Golf Club, White Eagle Golf Club and Imperial Golf Club. An ACBL Bridge Life Master. Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, at Toon Funeral Home at 4920 Main Street in Downers Grove. Funeral Mass is at 10 a.m. Monday, August 16, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 445 Prairie Ave. in Downers Grove.
