The Wu-Tang Clan’s reunion show is heading to CD and DVD in the fall. The album “Disciples of the 36 Chambers” drops Sept. 28, with the DVD to follow on Oct. 12, Billboard reports. It is drawn from a July 17 set at the Rock the Bells festival in San Bernardino, Calif.
