Chipper Jones hit his 300th career home run on Monday night, connecting in the Atlanta Braves’ game at San Diego. Jones became the fourth player in Braves’ franchise history to reach the 300-homer mark. The others are Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews and Dale Murphy.
