Pedro C. Rodriguez, age 81, of Northlake, beloved husband of Frances, nee Rodriguez, of 61 years; loving father of Cleo (Elizabeth), Maria R. Castro, Pedro A. Rodriguez, Irene (Arnett) Griffin, Dora (Larry) Clay, Ben (Cheryl) and the late Rosemarie Rodriguez; proud grandfather of 18; great-grandfather of 10. Pedro, along with his wife, Frances, were original owners of Rosita’s Mexican Restaurant in Westchester for 23 years.
