Albert Carl Buehler Jr., age 81, of Northbrook, died on Monday, Aug. 16, 2004, survived by wife, Patricia Holmes Buehler; their sons, A.C. III (Nancy Pollock) and John Holmes (Katherine Mahalick); and eight grandchildren. Their daughter, Karen Buehler Creigh is deceased. Memorial Service at Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth, on Saturday, Aug. 28 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to Chicago Botanic Garden for the Buehler Enabling Garden Endowment, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022 or Northwestern University for the Buehler Center on Aging, Attn: Ms. Sarah Pearson, 2020 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60208.
