I would like to thank the U.S. Olympic Commitee for an incredible embarrassment that cannot even be described as a basketball team. We have finally witnessed the product the NBA has long called basketball and the level of its decay, in comparison to its lowly worldwide competition. Someone please make them remove their jerseys and send them back to the individual alley-ball league from which they came.
Why are Larry Brown and Roy Williams even there? Two coaches who have built championship teams on passing, defense and teamwork being tortured by the NBA mentality of “me, the superstar.”
This is the perfect example of how far we have strayed from a beautiful game based on teamwork. Their effort is horrific. Please help get them off the air before anyone else sees them.
