Mong-Hwa Huang, age 85, beloved wife of the late Hong-Mao Huang; dear mother of Edward Ching-Huei (Shu Jen), Ying-Ming (Larry) Chen, Ching-Huang (Elaine), Min-Chueh (Dick) Darby and Ching-Chao (Sharon Yusue); loving grandmother of Brian, ChiTing (Duane) Bronson, Tom Chen (Sharon), Carol Chen (Samuel) Johnston, Roger, Ann Chen, Jay, Jennifer, Ernie and Denny; cherished great-grandmother of Vivian, Lilicoi and Palila; fond sister of Kwai Huang. Mong-Hwa was a devoted Christian and she was well respected by her friends for her kindness and generosity. She had profound knowledge in Taiwanese cuisine, pastry, embroidery, sewing, painting and handicrafts.
