Dale Arthur Liggett, age 68, of Chicago passed away Thursday, August 19, 2004. Cherished husband of Betty C., nee Thereau; devoted father of Cheryl Channing, Carol (Chuck) Hayes, Robert (Krista), Barbara (Fiance Mike Shelton), Beth and Ruth Liggett; dearest grandfather of Daniel, Stephanie, Tommy, Debbie, Logan, Kelly and Audrey; loving brother of Sherry LaCoursierre; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Liggett was the owner of the Captains Chair Barber Shop in Oak Lawn, IL and was a retired teacher of private and public schools. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2004 in Our Savior Lutheran Church, 19058 Burnham Ave. Lansing, IL 60438 with Rev. Peter Hartmann officiating.
