Resting at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte 176), Crystal Lake, from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004. Visitation continues from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004 at the funeral home. Interment private for the family.
