Kitz, veteran of Korean War and retired owner of Gee-Kay Auto Rebuilders, passed away at age 75 on August 22, loving companion of Darlene Potempa; son of the late Joseph Kitz and Angela (Janko) Kitz; fond brother of the late Josie Kitz, Anna (the late Charles) Sincich, Joseph Kitz, the late Edward Kitz, John Kitz and Mary (Eugene) Lezaj; father of Joseph (Juanita) Kitz; grandfather of Angela (John) Mangan and Cheryl Kitz; greatgrandfather of Allison Mangan; uncle of Laura (John) Harmata; great-uncle of Katherine Harmata and John Harmata. Funeral service Wednesday, 10 a.m., at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 W. Archer Ave (Corner of Natoma). Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
