The Olympic swimming sensation has reached No. 3 on screensavers.com’s list of sexiest celeb downloads, surging past Dale Earnhardt Jr., Ludacris, David Beckham and Matt Damon, among others.
Phelps still has to do some work to beat out Usher, who’s No. 2, and Orlando Bloom, who takes home the gold.
