Bernice Wisniewski, 83, of Marco Island, FL, passed away Thursday, August 26. She was born in Chicago on December 27, 1920. She resided in Chicago Brighton Park area. Bernice was an active member of San Marco Catholic Church, as well being affiliated with many clubs and organizations on Marco Island. Mrs. Wisniewski is survived by her daugher Kathy (William) Schmitz, of Marco Island; two granddaughters, Laura Paris of Marco Island and Christine Gronau of Las Vegas, NV; seven great-grandchildren; her husband Frank and sister Lorraine Ragan preceded her. She will be remembered as a great giver and mentor to her family, friends and the community. Memorial Mass will be held at San Marco Catholic Church on September 6, at 10:30 a.m.
