June Heintz, age 89, of Batavia, formerly of Westchester and longtime teacher at Tilden Tech and Kennedy High Schools of Chicago, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 28, 2004, at the Michealsen Health Center in Batavia. Beloved sister of Carol Simerson; loving aunt of Linda (Jim) Hinton, Richard Baer and Laura (David) Cherici; caring great-aunt of Jimmy Hinton and Rick and Francesca Baer. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 31, from 4 until 9 p.m., at the Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Ave. (Rt. 31) in Batavia.
