Visitation at the Queen of the Resurrection House of Prayer, 7430 W. Talcott Ave., Chicago, Monday, 4 to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vigil service Monday, 7 p.m. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 4 p.m. Interment Wednesday morning at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
