The tollway plan is grossly unfair. Infrequent and out-of-state users will wait for longer times in fewer lines and pay more tolls, while those regular tollway users with I-PASS will breeze through.
Those who benefit from the program should pay for it. Those of us who do not regularly contribute to the congestion should not have to pay more than a fair share.
