Edward Joseph Frigo, 52, passed away peacefully August 31, 2004, in Highwood, Illinois, three months after being diagnosed with cancer. Beloved son of the late Eileen and Nicholas Frigo; dear brother of Donna (Jack) Grandi, Nick and Jack Frigo; sister-in-law Jan (Schiff) Frigo; fond uncle of Lisa and Scott Frigo, and fond nephew of Richard Frigo. Ed was born in Highland Park, Illinois. He was a master horseshoer for over thirty years, shoeing horses and developing friendships in Illinois, Southern California, Arizona, Colorado and Hawaii. He had a quick and independent mind, a personality with warmth, charm and humor, and was compassionate and generous to those in need. Private services will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2004.
