Beloved husband and best friend of Susan, nee Hyzny; loving Dad of Patricia and Sabrina; dear son of Gerald (Terri) Miller and Joyce (Ross) Blake; fond brother of Karen (Jim) Hurt, Brian (Karen) Miller, J.R. (Amanda) Miller and Heather Miller; son-in-law of Patricia and Joseph Hyzny; brother-in-law of Mark (Laurie) Hyzny, Doreen (Jeff) Sinadinos, Luke (Gina) Hyzny and Carla (Jerry) Johnson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services Wednesday, September 8, 10 a.m. at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. (one block east of Cicero), to Our Lady of the Ridge Church, for 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
