How’s this for a celebrity feud? Victoria Gotti vs. Paris Hilton, with wreck ’em and leave ’em socialite Lizzie Grubman as the peace broker. It’s like a tabloid trifecta.
It happened like this, according to the New York Daily News. Victoria brought her sons to a swank Miami nightclub where Paris was partying. Vic’s son Carmine has a big crush on Paris, so she sent the family bodyguard over to broker the big meeting.
“Who the [bleep] are the Gottis?” Paris replied. This, of course, made Victoria furious, especially since the Star magazine columnist let Paris blather her side of the whole sex-tape scandal.
So, just what happens when a hotel princess offends a mob princess? Does the hotel princess wake up with a unicorn head in her bed?
Not necessary, thanks to Lizzie. Vic complained to Lizzie, who settled the beef after a chat with Paris. “It was a misunderstanding in a loud nightclub,” Lizzie told the Daily News. “The next day, I was with Frankie [Gotti], and we saw Paris. She couldn’t have been nicer. But Frankie didn’t want to talk with her, out of loyalty to his brother.”
Says Victoria: “As far as I’m concerned, when I see her next time, it’s going to be, ‘Paris who?’ “
