Charlsie Budd, nee Rutherford, late of Riverdale, born and raised in Denison, TX, beloved wife and best friend for 50 years of Richard J. Budd; loving mother of Zoe-Anne (Phillip) Evelsizer and Lesley Anne Budd; proud grandmother of Darren and Todd Evelsizer; cherished sister of William (the late Helen), Nils “Sandy,” the late Calvert (the late Maxine), the late Nick (Mary) and the late Zoe Rutherford; loving sister-in-law of Mildred (John) Yearley, Arlene (Thomas) Gallagher, James C. and John F. (Gayle) Budd; kind aunt of numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend of Bernice Raedeke. Charlsie was a talented trumpet player in numerous all girl bands and later part owner and player in the Quadettes, a girl’s jazz quartet. Twenty-seven year employee of Marshall Field’s.
