Celine “Jose” Joan Cooper, age 69, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Springfield, Okaville and Chicago area, born July 14, 1935 in Chicago, IL, passed away September 5, 2004 in Florida. The daughter of Robert and Bertha Ziegler Davies. Celine was a bridge tender at Florida Drawbridge, retired from the Springfield Police Department and former owner of the Washington Springs Mobile Home Park in Okaville. Beloved by all for her exuberance, survivors, daughter, Faith Sanderson of Springfield; sister, Lavange (Richard) Everill of Naperville; two sons, Scott (Patricia) Cooper of Belleville and Joseph Cooper of Belleville; five grandchildren, Ryan Cooper, Nicole Cooper, Jared Cooper, Veronica Sanderson, Sarah Sanderson; and numerous nieces and nephews; son-in-law, Ronald Sanderson of Springfield.
