Detroit’s 2.9-mile People Mover elevated light rail system is resuming full service after a two-year partial shutdown for construction. Instead of running in a circuit, the train had moved between stops that were open during construction. One more station, in Detroit’s Renaissance Center, is scheduled to open in October.
