Sidney Avirov, age 89, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 7 at Covenant House, Dayton. Beloved husband of 62 years to Faye; beloved father of Lisa (Robert) Stempler and Madeleine Avirov (John Hindman); beloved grandfather of Eric, Gregory, and Declan; beloved youngest brother of Jack, Fred, Bill, and Charles. Served honorably in WWII. Memorial service on Friday, Sept. 10, at 10 a.m. at Covenant House, Dayton.
