Joan A. Voight, 69, of Sun City, Huntley, formerly of Wheeling, and Chicago, passed away Wednesday, September 8, dear cousin to Earnest (Bobbi) Ullrich, Shirley Brown, Jan (Jim) Scatellaro, Wayne (Barbara) Ullrich; loving godmother of John (JoAnn) Ullrich; fond aunt of Jeffrey (Kim) Ullrich; preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Christine Staiger and Lucille Voight. She was an administrative assistant for Mitsui & Co. in Chicago for 35 years. Visitation will be held Monday, September 13 from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. at the James A. O’Connor Funeral Home, 11603 E. Main St., Huntley. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
