Fred “Fritz” Harloff, 94, lifelong resident of Evanston, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14 at Hospice of the North Shore, Skokie, beloved and cherished husband for 67 years of Gunda, nee Eckert; loving father of Janis (the late Raymond) Deets and Sharon Dillon; devoted grandfather of Ann (Michael) McHugh, Michael (Eileen) Dillon and Thomas (Marijane) Dillon; dearest great-grandfather of 12; preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
