Lawrence H. “Larry” Novak, 72, late of Lockport, Monday, Sept. 13, 2004 at the home of his daughter Karen with his children at his side. Born in Chicago, living in Lockport for the past six years. Preceded in death by his parents John and Stella, nee Kmack, Novak; and a brother Richard (Mary). Survived by his loving and devoted children Susan (Mark) Costello of Lockport, Daniel (Deborah) Novak of Bridgeview, and Karen Small of Willow Springs; three cherished grandchildren, Sara Costello and Daniel Jr. and Alyssa Novak. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, 17 N. State, Chicago, IL 60602 would be appreciated.
