Certainly a fashion diva like Paris Hilton is familiar with the concept of a makeover. But at New York’s Fashion Week, she might have pulled off the world’s first fakeover.
The “Simple Life” celebutante, who has had more than a turn or two on the runway, showed up backstage at the Lacoste fashion show, according to the New York Daily News. Stylists fixed her hair and makeup for the show–only she wasn’t in it.
She, her sister Nicky and Bijou Phillips were just lounging backstage and got free makeovers. Then they sat in the front row and chatted during the show. A Lacoste rep confirmed Paris’ makeover to the Daily News, but got a measure of revenge: “Those are all hair extensions.”
