Cicely C. Aschman, nee Hipkin, loving wife of the late Frederick T. Aschman, passed away Wednesday morning after a short illness. Mrs. Aschman, aged 87, and currently residing in Baltimore, is survived by daughter, Mary Buchholz; son, Richard; and four grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Apostles, Arbutus, Maryland, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army.
