Helen Ruzicka, age 92, formerly of Chicago but residing the last several years in St. Paul, MN. Passed away on Sept. 12, 2004. Preceded in death by husband Jerry A. Ruzicka. Survived by loving daughter Arlene (Jack) Cook; grandchildren Debra (Robert) Schwab and Jeffrey (Quinette) Cook; and great-grandchildren Matthew, Allison and Jason Schwab and Justin and Taylor Cook. Funeral service Saturday, Sept. 18 at 11 a.m. at the Masaryk Mausoleum in the Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago. 773-685-4400.
