Roger J. Doyle, age 77, passed away Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet, IL, late of New Lenox, IL. He is survived by one son, Dr. Timothy Doyle; three daughters, Monica Woolord, Carol (late James) Woolord and Bernadette Doyle; one sister, Mary Jo Doyle; brother-in-law, Dr. Henry Scofield; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Doyle served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He retired from William Blair & Company after many years of service as a Brokerage Clerk. He was a member of St. Bernard Church in Joliet, IL. He has lived in New Lenox for most of his life coming from Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Mary, nee Weigand, Doyle; his wife, Adele, nee Brizzolara, Doyle; and his sister, Patricia Scofield. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL, Monday, Sept. 20, 2004 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Prayer Services Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel to St. Bernard Church in Joliet for Mass of the Christian Burial at 12 noon.
