Violet “Beki” Langston, born April 2, 1917. Died peacefully in her sleep after a long battle with Alzheimer’s at Manor Care Nursing Home in Ft. Myers, FL. Her husband of 52 years, Warren; and daughter Lane preceded Beki in death. Her daughters Gail and Jan; two grandsons, Warren and Eric; and two great-grandchildren, Elyssa and Lucas, survive her. She was an accomplished Seamstress, Artist, Jeweler, Skier, and Ice Skater. Cremation will be in Ft. Myers, FL, followed by a memorial service in Illinois, date TBD.
