Mildred “Millie” Mae Dummer, nee Shifflette, 80 years young, of Algonquin. Beloved wife of Bruce; loving mother of Warren (Kathy) Dummer, Nancy (Steve) Hadsigava, John and Jim Dummer; cherished grandmother of Kerry (Rob), Tracey (Jim), Kristen (Shawn) and Jennifer (Mike); proud great-grandmother of Jimmy, Emily, Tommy, Sydney, Morgan, Brian and Nolan; dear sister of the late Shirley (Myrl) Rissman, the late Dorothy (Don) Greenstreet, the late Bunny (Teenie) Madsen, the late Milan (Jean) Shifflette, Marilea Moore and her partner, Don Donnelly, and the late Ted (Marilyn) Shifflette; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her life revolved around her family, and she was a wonderful hostess to countless friends. Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the Congregational Church of Algonquin.
