Neff III “Jeff”; beloved and dear mother of Deidre Ann Laatz and Peter John Laatz and the late Susanne Kahl Mangan; stepmother of Tracy and Preston Neff; youngest daughter of the late Henry C. and Margaret K. Wurzer; fond sister of Mary Coryn, the late Suzanne Martens, Henry K. Wurzer, Margaret Heydon and Virginia O’Neal; caring and selfless friend to many. Visitation was Monday, 4 to 8 p.m., at the N. H.
