Believe it or not, Jason Alexander wishes nothing but the best to newlyweds Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, at least according to his father. Though their own trip to a Las Vegas chapel ended in a quickie annulment, Jason still would like to see Britney’s new marriage last, dad Dennis Alexander told the New York Daily News.
“I think he will; I know he will,” Dennis says. “Why wouldn’t he wish them well?”
Federline’s ex, Shar Jackson, expressed relief that the couple finally got it over with.
“I hope that everything kind of calms down a little more,” she told “Access Hollywood.” “It’s done folks. They did it. It’s over, so maybe we can all breathe a little bit easier.”
