Marion A. Velinske, 87, of Yorkville, IL, passed away Sunday, Sept. 19, 2004 at her home. She was born Sept. 14, 1917 in Chicago, the daughter of Patrick and Agnes, nee Schultz, Tansey. She married Felix A. Velinske on Oct. 28, 1939 in Chicago. She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Mertes of Yorkville and Diane (William) Goodwin of Yorkville; one son, Felix R. (Julia) Velinske of Bolingbrook; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Robert Velinske; and one grandson, Jason Goodwin. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 at Burkhart Funeral Home, 606 E. Arnold Rd., Sandwich. Memorials may be made to charity of one’s choice.
