After crossing six continents, 11 countries and 72,000 miles, married couple Chip and Kim McAllister ran, hiked and even used a luge to win $1 million in “The Amazing Race 5” finale Tuesday.
The McAllisters beat hypercompetitive Colin and Christie, models Brandon and Nicole, and the Bowling Moms in a two-hour season finale that began in the Philippines, swung through Canada and ended in Dallas.
“This is just a blessing … this is like surreal right now,” Chip McAllister said after crossing the finish line.
“The Amazing Race” won its second Emmy for best reality series Sunday night.
