Thomas C. Heiss, 74, of Surprise, AZ, passed away on Sept. 16, 2004. He was born in Appleton, WI on July 10, 1930 to Thomas B. and Helen M. Heiss. Preceded in death by loving wife, Joan, of 47 years. Survived by three sons, Craig (Janet) of Surprise, AZ, Shaun of Annapolis, MD and Brent (Karla) of Avondale, AZ; proud grandpa of Megan and Molly of Surprise, AZ, Paul, Michael, Brittany, Brianna, Elizabeth, Vincent, Elana and Anya of Avondale, AZ; two sisters, Mary H. Hoffman and Edith Heiss, both of Appleton, WI; brother-in-law, James (Mary) Kamps of Kimberly, WI; two nephews, Tony Hoffman of Oshkosh, WI and Kevin Kamps of Appleton, WI; nieces, Leah Hoffman of National City, CA, Amy Hoffman of Yellowknife, NWT, Kara (Bernie) Hietpas of Kaukauna, WI and Katie (Dr. Travis) Kroner of Combined Locks, WI; three other sisters-in-law, all of Wisconsin; two other brothers-in-law of Wisconsin and one of Florida; other nieces and nephews of Wisconsin.
