Simon Cowell’s relationship with Terri Seymour almost hit a sour note when newspapers printed photos of the “American Idol” judge kissing other women at a Playboy party in Los Angeles.
Reports also contend he and a woman were secluded in a bathroom for 40 minutes, but Cowell insists he didn’t make such a ghastly indiscretion.
“It was a one-second kiss,” he told Heat magazine. “The girl who kissed me had a photographer with her. That’s really all it was.”
He adds, “Women just come up to me and kiss me–they’ve even been known to put their hands down my trousers–but Terri knows that I wouldn’t do anything.”
Terri defended Simon against the cheating claims.
“I know he didn’t do what was in the papers,” she said. “My friends were there at the party and were around him most of the time.”
