It looks like 50 Cent is following in Eminem’s footsteps in more ways than one.
50 will make his feature film debut in the semi-autobiographical “Locked and Loaded,” Billboard reports. The rapper will play a former drug dealer who gives up a life of crime to pursue a career in music.
Em’s manager Paul Rosenberg and Geffen A&M chief Jimmy Iovine are producing the movie, as they did for Em’s “8 Mile.” “The Sopranos” writer/exec producer Terence Winter is writing the movie, which is expected to hit theaters in 2005 or 2006.
